Ich dachte, ich w\u00fcrde den ganzen Tag nur am Computer sitzen, ein paar Bildchen suchen und in ein Worddokument einf\u00fcgen. Jedoch kam ich an und durfte als erstes mit Frau Hocking die Post machen. Danach schrieb ich einen kleinen Begleitbrief f\u00fcr einen Gesch\u00e4ftspartner.<\/p>\n<p>Die Lieblingsbesch\u00e4ftigung von mir war es, Konkurs gegangene Gesch\u00e4ftspartner in unserem Verzeichnis zu suchen und in der Buchhaltung anzumelden, falls ich einen finden sollte. Frau Sutter \u00a0 von der Buchhaltung hat ganz grosse Augen gemacht, als ich ihr gesagt habe, dass ich jemanden in unserem Verzeichnis gefunden habe, da schon lange keiner unserer Gesch\u00e4ftspartner mehr Konkurs gegangen ist.<\/p>\n<p>Eigentlich war das Meiste, das ich gearbeitet habe, Fleissarbeit.\u00a0Etiketten auf Couverts aufkleben, das neue Albisbrunn Bulletin in diese Couverts reinlegen und verschliessen, beanspruchte einen Nachmittag.<\/p>\n<p>Ich durfte auch Kundentelefone erledigen. Frau Hocking hat mir erkl\u00e4rt, auf was ich achten soll und wie ich mich am besten am Telefon ausdr\u00fccke. Bei meinem ersten Anruf war ich sehr nerv\u00f6s, was sich nach ein paar Anrufen jedoch gelegt hat. Ich meldete unsere Faxnummer bei verschiedenen Werbeunternehmen ab und teilte Adress\u00e4nderungen mit.<\/p>\n<p>Frau Von Holzen begleitete ich in die Spielwarenabteilung der Schreinerei. Dort hat sie mir erkl\u00e4rt, was die Abteilung f\u00fcr Kundenauftr\u00e4ge ausf\u00fchrt und mit welchen gr\u00f6sseren Firmen wir zusammenarbeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe viel gelernt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rechnungen bearbeiten<\/li>\n<li>Kundentelefone f\u00fchren<\/li>\n<li>Kundenmails schreiben<\/li>\n<li>Drucker richtig bedienen<\/li>\n<li>B\u00fcromaterial bestellen<\/li>\n<li>Excel Tabellen bearbeiten<\/li>\n<li>P-Touch Bedienung<\/li>\n<li>PowerPoint Bedienung<\/li>\n<li>10 Fingersystem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Das Albisbrunn w\u00e4re nichts ohne die Verwaltung.<\/p>\n<p>Nils, angehender Lernender<\/p>\n<span class=\"et_bloom_bottom_trigger\"><\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ich habe mir die Schnupperlehre eigentlich ganz anders vorgestellt.
